Elaine is the administrator and coordinator of the long and short-term objectives for the UM Libraries’ support of the research enterprise. She is also the primary representative of the Libraries on committees and forums at the state, national, and international level for matters related to data management and research support.

We use NLW to reach out to our stakeholders in our transportation agencies and show off our services and value to the organization.
